Stickers are done. @Geophy, can I give them to you to pass on to @johnnyfive?

That sounds super, I don't know if @Shakotom was up for doing anything or just being peer pressured.
I'm quite happy either way, I don't know how much lead time sticker printers need on this kind of thing? Its possible we're too late already, any idea @Truenotch @Archetype
Current timeframe is fine if I'm only doing the printing/making part.

I initially thought a change up might be nice, but we do have a good thing going on at Burger Fuel. Might as well keep it as is. Burgers are always good, and it's cool to see some of the random non-OS member cars that turn up there.

THIS
IS
HAPPENING
TONIGHT -
Ah, sounds like a myth to me then.

So what I’m hearing is, I should ignore all your advice, and buy it.
Yeah nah, cheers for the advice fellas. It sounds like it wouldn’t be suitable for my needs, since I’m not particularly small and I wouldn’t be going easy on it either.
Also, what’s rego/wof/insurance?

@keltik, what was your experience like with Sachs Madass ownership? Currently thinking about putting one in my garage.

Yeah, Easter sounds fine.
It does have a gap in the middle. I can’t measure it at the moment as @64valiant is using it, but I brought the Midget up from Wellington on it, and it didn’t fall off.

Yeah, what he said /\/\/\. This is the standard text that I give to customers who ask about the legalities of the plates we make:
Our number plates and number plate stickers are designed for novelty and 'off-road' use only, as it is not legal to replace your government issued number plate with anything else. I know that a few of our customers do put them on their road cars, but there is a bit of risk involved.

Yeah, 428 rings a bell.

How much are they?
There was one for sale about 5 years ago for around $140k, from memory. Add another $100k on top of that if you were to build one from scratch.

From what I remember of the conversation I had with Steve, the moulds were taken from actual F40 panels. The front doesn't look quite right because of the headlights, I think. I'd definitely want the pop ups and more details in the front lights, rather than the simpler Le Mans style non pop ups.
That squared off front splitter doesn't help either.

/\/\/\ Some nice cars in that selection - especially the Prelude.
My ultimate dream car would be this:
But I think my ultimate car in reality would be similar to this:
It’s a replica/reproduction F40, made in New Zealand by F40 Developments. Although it’s not a genuine Ferrari, I’d much rather have this over an original. It’s an excellent reproduction, but with the opportunity to improve on the now 30 year old technology. Better build quality, better engine choices, engine management, suspension, tyres, etc, at a fraction of the cost of a real one. And I could enjoy the shit out of driving it, rather than worrying about affecting the value of my ‘investment’.
I often think about treating myself with one of these when I finish paying my rental property off in 2026.
