  3. Thats biggest main iv got from those ones you gave me. 90 from memory
  4. How much for the JR80?
  5. Bike has all hop up parts installed and is now full of angry beez ready to braaaaap some gangsigns to the locals
  6. Alot more grinding required than pictured above but now no tappy tappy and much braaaapy braaaaapy Need to refit the airbox and modify a silicone elbow to join the 2 together plus open out the feed into the airbox so it can breath a bit better then it just needs a few kms put on it and off to get tuned at @MopedNZ work next week sometime.
  7. Malossi do a 15 tooth front sprocket which I might order to help top end speed. It wants to rev off the tacho now where as before it would get to about 8K before running out of puff
  8. Not sure yet will wait for proper tune before doing a speed run. By the angry dirtbike brap it makes now im gunna close to 100kph
  9. Its warm as down there in November./ We will get the outside fireplace cranking this year so you can curl up infront of that after a $50 box of burbons. Smallest packable sleeping bag and one of these hipster hamocks/fly combos will keep you warm and dry while taking up minimal room https://www.trademe.co.nz/home-living/outdoor-garden-conservatory/outdoor-furniture/hammocks-swing-seats/auction-1751795365.htm
  10. Bit of the ol grindy grindy on with the rotary tool I recently purchased and no more interference issues
  11. 1490 is the widest Estima F series from memory. Could be an option 7.5in crownwheel Bart. Will handle plenty of power
  12. Estima F series would give you 5x114.3 and disk brakes then fit Torsen LSD center from an Altezza to get a decent diff without hilux tax. How wide is an SD1?
  13. That is the plan for tomorrow morning. While looking for install instructions I found Malossi also do a 70cc kit and their official website has an install PDF. Interestingly it states that if using the stock head "using a scraper, hone down a little the sharp edge formed by the combustion chamber and the top of the cylinder. Take care not to remove too much material because otherwise this will alter the compression ratio."
  14. Im confused as fuck too. No instructions came with the kit and iv looked online for a PDF but nada. Thinking about making a gasket out of 1.5mm paper and seeing if that lifts it enough to not touch otherwise im all out of ideas
  15. Luckily iv got a spare piston. Head has a small mark but its still fine Bit confused as to whats gone wrong. Base gasket I made is same 0.8mm that came with the kit and the piston is installed right
  16. Reeds tapping as they open and close Edit:on closer inspection it looks like the piston was just touching the head, thought id been a retard and put the piston in wrong way round so 180'd it and same problem
  17. I was wondering why it was tappy too but everything seemed fine and it turned over happily. It was was the same when it was 50cc. Bottom end feels fine
  18. So I sorta fucked up the install the first time round and had to wait patiently for a new piston to turn up so I could borrow a ring Bigger braps Then the base gasket tore so I had to barry one up Followed by grinding down the head fins so the spanny would fit and assembling everything this morning and now it sounds like this Dirtbike brapspec has increased 1000000000000% its quite loud now
  19. Giz yowzer the spare ct110 so he can yoza the locals
  20. You should eliminate chance of prince of darkness issues by removing EFI and fitting blower with bug catcher out the bonnet. Il unbolt a S/C off one of the spare detroits sitting under a tarp at work to start you off and im sure Mott can sort the rest
  21. That definitely needs some brushed stainless adv bike paniers
  22. Lots of tent space/an overnight fly and a parachute hammock take up less room and theres lots of trees to hang it under
