If you are runing a type 9 sierra box and an escort speedo it will read about 20 ks out. The best thing to do is find one of those "your speed is" boxes on the side of the road get a reading and have your speedo re-calibrated.

It has gone well. Clocked it up within half a thou just to make sure. Lathe isnt huge but it does the job. Have done rollsets and press tooling on it before.

Hi, My daily needs new disc pads on the front. But unfortunatly the front right disc has been scored. Is it ok to clock it up in the lathe and take a lick of each side? Will this effect anything and will i need to "match machine" i.e machine the other side to the side thickness. Any help would be much appreciated
