Same stuff, I tried it to try and help with overheating but I think the cooling system was just too borderline in my case

I had a yuck time with that water wetter stuff, it didn't help temps at all really, but it was good for finding places to weep from like frost plugs and gaskets

Falcon is up to 170kms now, it's been good. Needs rotors cause they were warped when I got it and they have not healed themselves. and it's been a bit hard on tyres due to camber, but it looks cool so suck on that, china tyres

Mounting the fuel tank was today's job, got it mostly done, little bit of welding left to do. Fuel filter and pump will go in the spare wheel well and I'll make a cover that goes over the top of the well I need to sort a sealed cap and a spill ring, and an extra fitting on top for a return

https://www.rve.co.nz/exhaust-enhancer I wonder if it has a 3/4 race cam setting

Weak or broken valve springs can cause odd things to happen at certain rpms, although if it was that it probably wouldn't rev to 6k with no load

I had the same issue with hose I got from GSS , lasted longer than a month , but it was still rooted after a year or so

When we do a cert check the first thing we have to do is make sure the ID of the vehicle matches what it should be etc If any vin number or chassis tag has been tampered with or removed or recorded incorrectly the vehicle has to get referred to a tsda to get confirmation that it's all correct Unfortunately even something like removing and refitting the vin tag to paint the engine bay seems to tar the vehicle with the same brush as if it's been stolen and new tags put on
-
If it doesn't have one you will need to visit a TSDA ie a vtnz/aa/ vinz that does re registrations, they are the ones that deal with the ID of a vehicle
-
According to carjam, it has had a vin number allocated to that vehicle so it should have a vin tag on it somewhere Have a look on the chassis rail around the rh side at the front Does it have a vin number etched on to the rear window? Also look under the carpet around the front seats if it has it

Definitely a spark issue, tachometer dies when the spark goes out. Dicky ignition switch?
