  1. triumph 2000/2500 run triple core, or hiace van are another beauty, as in smallish for big cooling
  2. read your plugs Homie, wet = pilot jet too rich, dry+grey = too lean are they flatslides ? if they're running needles as most do you can lift the needle for a richer mix or drop it a notch for leaner by moving the circlip up or down. But none of this will matter if your jets are too small, get it running and then access your plugs as too whether you need a bigger jet size.

    1GGTE 3k idle

have you bent the throttle butterfly, mashing plus an old bush could have seen it catch the housing and tweak out.
  4. check for play in the dizzy, may need new bushes to stop the rotor walking out and fucking caps
  5. a small engine dismantlers would be the go for that engine, looks like a generic chinese weed eater/pocket bike motor, also could try nzmotorfactory.co.nz they had pocketbikes and parts
  6. mate has a celsior which has just shat the powersteering and alternator at once, he has chucked on another alt after replacing the power steering unit and its gone belly up again, is this a common fault? the car has 200k on it. any fixes out there
  7. yes marku if you don't flick switches it won't start, So here's another little vid to prove it does get a run, Next on the list is finishing the footpegs then its off to the brewing shop to get some tannic acid to make rust proofer. F_k9sTKgmAA
  8. i see you have space for a blower , for gods and our sake grab an aisin and slap it in there.
  9. add a turbo or blower now please, external cage would also be a good option as your panels won't get so slammed
  10. concur fully with above, the v6 because its for me and i like them, plus then i can do some skids and doughies without fear of it grenading, just when i get my steel surgeon bill down i'll take the box and block up to make my bell housing, just having trouble locating a cheap surf front end, i've measured and its a good option to keep the width in proportion once its narrowed to link to the box shafts and hubs.
  11. there's most of a new kdx200 expansion chamber floating around in the shed if you want a start for your chamber, just quit with the mitre exhausts and silver roofs and you can have it.
  12. get a go pro camera please for sweet dash top vids, envious man i'm doing this roadie one day
  13. running the original 90 gearing so i'm guessing 50mph easy, dropping the speedo cable off tomorrow for rebuild, in no way was i revving it all the way out and it felt quite tall to me ie has to be revved to get moving. will have to look into brakes and suspension as its front shocks are pogo.
  14. well holey fucken lifan haha 2/3's throttle and this is scary on open grass, just got it barely rideable for test runs ie no seat half a back brake and a sloppy throttle, will mount seat and exhaust mounts tomorrow and try some more long distance tests
  15. short answer NO, is it insured? cos if it is and its legal at this time i'd be getting them to sort that out, tell them you backed over a brick left in a car park or some such
  16. tYRXkUeDBeM quite like this but needs more cylinders
  17. that's buggered fella it'll need to come off and to be rewelded back once sorted or replaced, you'll never get a wof or cert like that
  18. TNv25jY0fcg waiting on chain link to come in then it'll just be brakes and i'm getting a ride in on this bish
  19. hopefully Allan hopefully... trikes are a love hate thing with everyone, I want to see if one can be built hot rod/bobber style to look good, vw ones remind me of a baboon's ass (theres too much junk out back), the v6 isn't too wide to straddle either and its still small enough and light enough to not over balance the front end.
  20. bloody hell you have a mitre cut exhaust and you're worried about a spraybomb job on the roof?! i vote sand back to raw glass at least it'll be lighter.
  21. i'll work with this shit for now as then i don't have to scrap anything i have or buy more shit, carlos will build me a 6" bell and spacer to sling the v6 to the auto audi trans then its onto finding a wishbone rear end with alloy arms to complete that end (soarer poss), kind of want a bobber style so steeper fork angle than above with a little tyre stretch thrown in. haven't had a play with the new tube notcher yet but will do soon.
  22. i've pulled the trim off the seat i have and its relatively simple to reduce its height by the amount i need but its not the original seat so mounting presents a few issues, i should have the exhaust done by tommorow night then its just gas wiring to see how it sounds
