Same here, don't like the way the bolt ons are too low, but apart from that it is one of the nicest ke30's ever.

Gunna send my entry away tomorrow for Pukeora so will be there. Would be nice to have an oldschooler to compete with .

24th is a sunday open day mang mr sparkle.... But Thats the day I'm doing Pukeora rd hillclimb so I won't be there. 29th of October is the last one this year.

Yeah you haven't been on it yet Jared but I plan on it when you next come down, it used to be used for a wrc stage and is used in Daybreaker and Targa rallies nowadays, so it a great road really. It's not the usual place to go cause it's further from Palmy. Cam- Haha yeah Vinagar hill is heaps faster, esp if going to Feilding , not to great on the gas though I like the corners at the top with the view over the land on a sunny day are great.

Yeah but the saddle already has 3 events a year on it (I think) so would be a push to try for more...

Nah mang, read back over what we were talking about earlier, it's a clubsport event so unless it's outlined in the Suplimentary regs (Which it's not) you don't have to ahve a cage. Basically open to any car that will pass scruit as long as the driver has a membership and a clubsport licence... Should be great fun, and I'm going to try and push my hardest for a Pahiatua track Hillclimb down here sometime... Might be hard cause the roads getting a bit busy...

Ahh yeah I know Te Aute. Going to enter Pukeora Rd on the sundsy cause Dad said it's an awesome event and it's closer to Palmy and is longer so should be good. Quite looking forward to this now, apparently the roads all covered in moss in places so will have to go to some mossy backroads and have a practice .

Mansfeild = Manfeild??? Yeah man it's round 4 of D1NZ this weekend. I should be out there being Pit Crew for Will Cook in the DX... Come have a watch.

Will probably get dad to take the falcon up = work gas ... Not sure if I'll bother with a trailer though, if I crash or it brakes I'll figure out a way home after. Will hopefully have an incar/bumper cam by then aswell. Anyone been there before? Know what the roads like and how to get there?

Ok I'll have a yarn with Dad about getting there and will sort out some support vehicles ... Will let you know whats happening.

Will be faster with brakes and some more power. Contemplating entering this seriously now, will have to hold off a Manfeild Clubsport day and would probably do the Pukeora rd since it's closer and longer ... What do you think cam? Should I enter this?

damn this sounds like a cool event. I want to try and make one of them this year... Hillclimbs are awesome.

Yeah I reckon I'd think a 2tg'd ke26 would be more appealing thatn a 4age'd one. Haha go the 2tg 1 more cc and like 2-3 mor lbs/ft of torque ( I think).

Theres one in the car club, 160j with a recond datsun 1600sss motor with twin sideys. Homologated cage rego was on hold. Had autosports but he bought the car without them. All for $800 and its perfect as. Edit- its not for sale thats how much he got it for.
