Put a 10w30 mineral oil in it and moreys stop smoke. Going with a thick oil is a very common mistake people make. The whole issue is that the rings struggle getting the oil off the bores, so why go with a thick oil and make it harder? I recommend this to heaps of people that come into the shop, works most of the time. A good fang also helps as always. Its what id did in my old nana spec lancer.

Yup a Thursday is good for me. The new Cobb & Co would be sweet when it opens, is where the Curious Kiwi was, good parking there and easy as to find for out of towners attending. Burger fuel always works well tho, good parking there too.

Pretty much all what Damian said. Pretty much want to find the 5speed from a 1600cc EX or Sigma, otherwise the 5 speed from the 2000cc sigmas is the next best option, but yeah, have to piss around with the clutch. If you HAVE to go with the l200 box make sure you get the drive shaft yoke as well as they are larger. One other note is the shifter position. With the sigma boxes its further back. You can mod your centre console which looks ugly or you can change the shifter guts over in the extension housing.
