get ya measuring tape out dude, im pretty sure a mini is 40mm narrower at the back compared to the front....

that could be a right cunt to fix... first step would be to grind it back to good metal, see how much metal has to replaced. could turn into an expensive repair... depending on how pretty you want it to look

totally depends how you do it... ecu=$1500 turbo=$800-1000 wastegate=$450 efi hardware= fuck knows... everything else = heaps cost of getting someone else to do it for you= all of the above doubled. note, prices plucked outa my ass, may bear no resemblance to truth

nah, thats what makes it stand out. it could have looked really really gay (thinking gt wing or similar) if josh had done things a little differently, but hes managed to blend old and new school and make it look pretty bloody decent. something really out there under the bonnet would really finish it off... hmm, thinking supercharged renesis.... or LS2 (even tho i hate gm)

yeah thats why i like the rims that are on it now. that capri is sooooooo different in style to any other capri oldschool style rims would just look wrong. imho anyway.

vr4 conversion is full of headaches..... you need to modify nearly everything... if ya want a starion block i have one, its smoky but id say its rings and turbo gone kaput. (theres like 4mm of freeplay in the turbo shaft) i have heaps of starion bits... ideal if ya wanna shoehorn the starion brakes and everything onto the front....

the lexus V8 idea isnt a bad one.... you could run carbs and shit and make it look like an oldschool motor... the speedway boys run heaps of them and they aint allowed efi so there must be plenty of cheap easy ways to run carbs.
