It was hard to get the right colour because the base was white, if it had of been silver base car to work from might have been a bit better for that metallic sheen, in the end it just looked a bit beige aye. Mean.. that means you should roll an L31 stroker in there treggo boe. Get a L28 from a 280ZX (rear sump). They're non crossflow so nothing is on the booster side except eh sparkplugs. They sound fucken epic and they go hard. People would of course think you were mental putting a Nissan SOHC in there but it's almost period correct and would be pretty cool I reckon, even if just for the randomness factor.

It does seem more accurate. I got mine to engage the starter, looped the too most solid wires. Which looks like a similar notion to those pictures that you posted, however, you're missing some plugs.. Hmmm... That plug on the right hand side of your actual photo. Is/was that plugged into anything or was it just hanging like that. If it only has three wires like the similarly coloured one in the other pictures, get a bit of wire and loop the two thickest gauge wires there.
