Liking the sissy bar. Lots of places to strap camping gear to. -
I was just kidding. I'm a American trying to get use to the Metric system so I get shit all day long from all the guys I work with.

I think your offset measurements are off Remember this is a Harley so they need to be in Inch... Yes they are off set and looking at a bare frame will make you go "what is this straight"

Nothing is more fun to ride then a suicide shift. It is only scary for the first few blocks then it feels natural. Plus it is supper easy with a Sporty. I biult a triumph with a proportioning valve and it was a very bad idea. Since you have to figure in the suspension factor. Once you make the rear ridged then it becomes easy to lock up the rear tire since there is nothing holding down. Not really a big issue but with the front brake linked to it you end up with a Low Side recipe. Because the front has suspension holding down so it doesn't loose the resistance of the road keeping it from locking up. Honda has done linked brakes but the plumb them to go to the front calipar first then pressurize the rear. To keep the bars clean I have ran a BMW master cylinder under the tank ran by small front brake lever for a cable brake.

Wish I could make it. Danm respiratory infections. -
48 deg man I bet at slow speeds it will handle like a rutter. Anything over 45 and it can get scary even on long straight roads. I can't imagine on a New Zealand motorway with all the bends and twists. But hey choppers are supposed to be dangerous right!

How much trail do you have? Looks like it might steer like a door.

Yeah Looking a lot like a Digger. Do you have a finished plan in mind or just letting it built itself?

My son and I watched him and do the sound for 2 Buster Keaton movies. -
That's good. Personally I always like to weld my frames with 7018 stick that way the weld is nice and flat and easy to mold over. Those early cams really help. Did you get the lifter to with the cams? I think making sure the lifter are tits is a big deal when getting everything to run right.

That was a fun day Was stoked to see Roth's Rubber Ducky honda civic trike -
I do like the whole Swedish chop way you are going. I have not seen to many ironheads done that style. So how does the whole cert. thing work on bikes? The Engineering shop behind my work does cars and has to get stuff Certified all the time and was telling me that brake mounts have to be tig welded only. So do they have silly rules like that for frames? I don't think the last evo chop i made would have past a W.O.F. here Video of my buddies first ride

Sweet. I hope the traffic up that way is not bad. -
Did the first EDR in 06 on my BSA A10 then the same bike again in 07 and 08. Missed the 2011 one because I could not get time off work. This one did the last EDR and Born Free. The Tank was painted by my wife for my birthday right before the EDR. She hand made the Leather bump stop seat.

Most of the project was done before the 2013 E.D.R. but now I have to repair the jammed forks thanks to the shipping company and make it compliant. Cheers

That was a good time, plus I loved the drive there even though the Wolseley is a bit slow on those windy hilly roads. -

I found my 1300 overheated and lost coolant because the radiator cap was faulty new. I noticed it was very easy to install and there was no pressure against the spring. I did replace all my hoses and cleaned out the radiator also since I was driving every day and don't like having to fix things on the road.
