    I just gotta get welder set up, i picked it up the other weekend so should be sble to jump into it shortly. pretty much weld up rust and slap some paint on then sort motor out which im saving up for at the moment.

    Draging this thread back up, Was there anything special to do other then bolting the tensioner on then pulling the pin out once the belts back on? Also when installing the waterpump do you need to use sealant on the gasket or do you just bolt it up and away you go (its a full steel gasket)? And does anyone know the torque specs for cam pully bolt? Gonna do cam seal well its apart and will need to take pully off, it comes with a new bolt so i presume they are a one use bolt.

    Bump stops got a good workout on some of those roads this trip, there was a few bum biting the seat moments haha poor igor in the back with no belt to hold him in his seat

    I adjusted the knob bonnet gap looks shite but if that fixes it it will mean the springs gone a bit soft. It probably doesnt help all the rubber bonnet rests are gone lol
