  4. just have to make the vc better then the wagon haha
  5. That wagon was sweet think a guy at dads work bought it off you. Was it a guy at Scott Innovation (used to be called Scott Sheetmetal)? Nice vc looks pretty tidy to.
  6. ^^^ this they should have it written down in their books when my windscreen got smashed the sticker was stuffed so i just went in to the warrent place and they put a new one on.
  7. Sorry its a 1965 impala its just used as a cruiser so probably doesnt even need one lol
  8. Have had it lying around for years and thought we might as well use it. At the end of the day it probably wouldnt make much difference on a cruiser anyway.
  9. Sorry im not explaining this very well. Say you jack the car up the diff will drop down and will pivot down from the arms holding it. Now if you have the sway bar bolted to the diff and the sway bar bolted to the straight links wont that straight link stop the diff dropping because the swaybar has no pivot point. Or will the bushes on the link allow the diff to pivot down. I might need to draw a picture lol
  10. or would it be better to bolt something like this to swaybar and have the eye bolted to the bracket on the frame that way it when the diff can go up and down freely.
  11. Hi guys we are looking at putting a rear swaybar on the back of a 65 impala. We have a sway bar now need to look at link options. The way the bar is it would need a link like in the picture below and a bracket made up to bolt to frame. My question is how does a link like that work since both ends are straight? When the diff drops down wouldnt that put huge pressure on the link since there is no joint? car has normal coils not leaf springs. (Random pic to show type of link we were thinking)
  12. That looks sweet on tridens
  13. could be keen as well kyteler maybe could meet up for it or something
  14. Mine never got any bigger cant remember how long i had the car after that though a drunk bitch crashed into us and wrote it off.

  16. Also one kit will only do one chip.
  17. i done the same on old car when i was really tight got the kit from supercheap (was from invers as well lol) i had the same results it wasnt perfect but did fill most of it. Again if you can afford it or have insurance get a pro but if on a budget them kits do sèem to work.
  18. I might have a longer one in the shed i can find it and measure it for you if you want EDIT: I had a look but i think i put long one in my car cause the one i found is 40mm long so is probably the same as what you have. EDIT 2: lll go measure up the other fitting size as well.
  19. Cheers dude so if you were pretty close are you allowed to put shorter aftermarket bump stops in to get the travel?
  20. What does sufficient clearance between bump stops mean? I guess im asking how close can you have a car to its bump stops.
