New school question - scooby doo secondary air pumps

Subaru decided to put a pump n valve system in the turbo models what it basicly does is force fresh air into the exhaust to make the emissions test look all spanky and nice.

But in actual fact all it does is collect exhaust moisture and clap out. Causing engine check lights and consequently no boosting for ben and i cant play with my variable boosty ttiptronic stuff

Anyway some one who can get into the ecu could find the "switch" and tell it that it dont have the shit
