flyingbrick
Got some front hubs here. I may want ti go from 5x115 to 5x120. I can't stagger the holes because of webbing on the back face. I don't thing welding is a safe option because of material. As its only approx 2.5 mm offset per stud I can't plug the hole then drill as the remaining bit of plug will just fall out. I'm thinking maybe braze up the holes then drill. What are people's thoughts, asside from just ordering the correct billet hubs ( or using trailer hubs and possibly modifying spindle )

eke_zetec_RWD
Find a stud with a 5mm larger splined head so once machined to 120 it cleans up old hole
flyingbrick
I didn't think they would exist, great idea. Or, drill in correct position large enough to clean off old hole, machine tophat bushes to suit holes and studs
0fnsiv
Or get some studs made with a larger knurl and bore the holes to suit the new studs..........
flyingbrick
Yeah problem with that is the cost of custom studs- may as well get the billet hubs ( approx 500$)
Burntrubber
Is it possible to fit a Holden hub using different bearings and/or pressing collars onto the stub to take right bearing. I know this can be done with the stock Gemini stub to take vl/vn era front hubs.
