thegreatestben
How sure are you that the relay is faulty?
jeddhendo
Well i dont have any blowen bulbs so not sure what else it could be? The wiring looks all stock. I heard that these go faulty pretty often. I guess a simple alternative would just be to take the bulb out from in the dash but dont really want to do that if i dont have to. And sometimes it doesnt do it and then just randomly comes on. So 80% sure? haha
SOHC
Using diffrent watt bulbs will cause that light to come on make sure the bulbs are maching sets made by the same compony
durty
Mine started coming on when I replaced some led bulbs
thegreatestben
Also one of the bulbs could be on the way out giving a different resistance with temp changes. I'd try fresh bulbs first
jeddhendo
Interesting. Does that mean the bulbs have to be the stock wattage? or just the corresponding pairs have to be the same?
Escorto.
Stock wattage I'd say. Same thing with indicator relays.
jeddhendo
Is there an easy way to find stock wattage? Or do I needa google up a storm?
Escorto.
Mine is written on the actual light. Should be visable from where you change the bulbs. If that makes any sense whatsoever.

japawagons
My 110 does the same thing but only with the tail lights on. I have meant to spend some time tracking down the cause, ensure all your earths and wiring connections are in good order as this will affect the operation as much as an incorrect bulb wattage. This post really is no help at all. But might have a run around with a multimeter and track down the cause of my fault and report back.
