Grannyspec
I Changed the auto gearbox is the girlfriends car the old why was slipping in drive and had to semi drive it like a manual going from 1 - 2 then to D to function. So got a new gearbox installed it, The new gearbox is doing the same thing. Any idea why this might be happening is it a dud gearbox or is it something else causing this fault? Cars a 1994 toyota Corona.
Brock-Lee
is there any fluid in the gearbox?
kiwi808
is there any fluid in the gearbox? Hmm that is where I would start. Had an old commodore that used to do this when it was low of trans fluid.
