Would be great to learn to take care of some/basic rust issues myself, not only for my wallet, but for the experience. So does anyone have a welder and time to teach? My name is Russell Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 I would recomend just purchasing a decent MIG welder & self teaching Make sure you get gas none of that gasless rubish. Do your own research on proper techniques etc and you will probably learn more IMO, replace tips regularly etc. the welly course is 500 now and IMO only worth doing if you want to fine tune your technique or learn TIG Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
