wickmyster
Hankook H437 or Maxxis UA603...these are pretty much my only option for the size I want 185/60/13's without paying $150+ I have heard Maxxis are poo, but apparently their good ones are good. Beaver
nangkang do a sub $150 as well. I got a set of toyo proxes from Tonys Tyres for 120 a pop (originally had hankooks but one of the beads was fucked so I got the toyos for 10buks more)
MACKAZ
I am a tyre tech for Firestone. Both brands are good, I wouldnt go the Nankang route. Myself if thats all you can get, Id go the Hankook. Maxxis make great 4wd tyres (far superior to any Fire$tone or Bridge$tone tyre) but have had nothing to do with their car range....If you like I can do some more investigation for you??? wickmyster
Yeah, more info would be great, this car I am building is for a female driver of an oldschool car. So wet braking performance is my top priority.

Jase
tbh let her loose in a paddock for a day, taught my missus a shitload and she's pretty happy in any situation now, i run hankook ventus as they wear well and supply plenty grip.
