mark105
Any idea why the cam belt is off the left bank of the Capri? capri isnt the blue one with gold wheels. That one never had the bonnet lifted. And the cam belt is off because it snapped and lunched his valovlas / pistolies. quad cam v6 is in this car. hadnt lunched its self as it was out in the next race (that photo was taken saturday) only explanation we could work out why the belt was off was to run the water pump to cool engine after racing as photo was taken after a race. V8Pete
Came off the motorway and followed the signs for the public parking and realised thats bull shit, im lazy and shouldnt have to walk that far.How convenient! that marshall and official car park is unattended so managed to get in. Told my mate with the capri to rock in to but someone was at the gate and told him to Vah-moose He introduced himself and told him that he's from kriner race engines and he's come for the weekend to do the great Kenny Smiths fuel returns and was told to park in here the guy let him through and gave him a sticker to put on the dash Brilliant There were shuttles ferrying people to and from the carpark non-stop with minimum of fuss. Back in the day people were like WTF are you doing? That's never going to work. They lost races...
