Southern Hardstyle
have myself an 1800 + 2300 magnum workshop manual, stating that all the carbs standard are zenith's, yet have just got one shipped up to me off a 2.3 cf and its a weber, has 34-ict and 3-350 stamp on it, any give me any more info on these? m0ss4yy
Could have been put on a custom manifold? Workshop manuals are pretty on to it
Southern Hardstyle
well then if the 2.3 hc vivas only came out with those what if the bedford vans came with webers? still doenst answer my question though
m0ss4yy
Im saying, the one with webers on it u got, may have come stock with Zeniths, but somebody has put Webers with custom mani on. Dont quote me on that cause i have no idea about vivas aside what anhonyb has told me.. But just a thought.. I found the same thing with some holley 300 or someting. turned out it was indeed custom mani
Southern Hardstyle
bit of a bugger he scrapped the carb mani and exhaust mani because apparently no one wanted it. So might have to find another mani to suit or a custom one. is costing me enough as is
m0ss4yy
Take either a template of the head incl all the holes for bolts studs and the exhaust and inlet ports, and the carb faces and how far apart u want them etc. to a engineer, and they will make u up something.. Im pretty sure it wouldnt be the only slant 4 2.3 with webers on it though.. somebody else would have dont it before, so theres either gotta be other manifolds or somebody who can make you one up
Southern Hardstyle
yeah thought so, might just be easier to try source some twin carbs and manifold then waste my money getting a custom single carb manifold made up
