Basically start it up and it runs mint, then after about 5mins once its warmed up it dies and nothing works, no lights, horn etc..... After its cooled down again it starts back up fine until it heats up and dies again.. If it is electrical id say cross out coil, alt, dizzy, leads, plugs as they wont stop ya lights etc. Id be looking into ya fuse box to see if anything weird is in there that heats up, expands and shorts stuff out. (not that likely tho) Also check relays if ya have any (im pretty sure they just stop working but could be a prob) Check main battery feed for splits in cable or any sign of excess heat. Have you tried replacing battery? It sounds like it will be coming from battery, main power supply cable or a main relay/fuse that supplies all power to ignition. Just my 5c. Ah its running a 1600 711m block with a lightened balanced bottom end etc.... cam, head work and 40mm dellorto dlha's.
