kyteler
Uhh, buy new shocks. They're not hugely expensive and your safety depends on them.

kyteler
No, your old shocks were fucked. The new ones will have a new screw in section to hold them into the strut that you may have possibly destroyed getting the old ones out, I know I've destroyed a few. It'll all be pretty self explanatory once you see the new ones man.
Toucan
Get some kyb's They just sit in the strut then you place the metal cap thing on the end and it screws into the strut and holds the shock in place, sposed to have a "special ford tool" to tighten it with but some vice grips should work if you are careful. Ogre
make sure you put a little bit of clean shock oil on the insert and inside the strut. Stops it from rusting etc and is important in struts when goin from wet type to dry type!
