HUNTD
I have just spotted some 32/36 webers on tardme. I know everyones all like yeah webers bra. but seriously what would be the better bet in terms of tune-ability / performance / economy The SU's are off a triumph originally. I googled, and found a site that rated the webers as less performance more economical than correctly tuned SUs. but the site was way biased to SUs. Any info greatly appreciated. CaMpylobacter
S.u's are all good, you'll probably find that DCOE sidedraft weber = more top end, but you get owned with low end, and fuel economy. not sure how a 32.36 would go, but if you have to make a manifold, but have a set of su's with manifold, I'd go for the s.u's s.u = hard to get perfect but are mint once right. webers arer more user friendly
HUNTD
Yea pretty much thats what i thought. Iv got the custom mani for the sus, but the webers come with a 1725 mani as well.

TygerTung
If you are talking twin choke sidedraught webbers, they would own an SU very hard, but a downdraught one would be crap. it depends on what webbers you are talking about. HUNTD
strombergs are terrrible from that period. yup, even my single one, only one dude in hams was willing to have a crack at it, and then he said he would have to have the car for the whole weekend. *crosses fingers that the twins are already tuned and will go on easy as pie* hahahah dreams are free
