lowlancer
Teh moleste has rust in a shit place, I won't bother doing it myself, just curious as to how they fix it in this position? Fuckin annoying, water tends to drip in when it rains. Is the same both sides
Defective
that could be a right cunt to fix... first step would be to grind it back to good metal, see how much metal has to replaced. could turn into an expensive repair... depending on how pretty you want it to look
esky boi
Yea looks structural where its gone through.. should cost about $100 for a panelbeater to weld it up. Thats what it cost me to get some done in just as much of a cunty place (under the radiator, just above the swaybar) Could save $ by getting the metal all clean and ready to weld, and tell him that you'll paint it etc.. corrupt
i had the same problem in the tina, i just cut it out myself and got a panelbeater to weld plates over the gaps. really depends on how bad/how structual the rust is
lowlancer
Doesn't look too bad so far Famous last words What did you use to cut it out? Grinder?
esky boi
Yea use a grinder with one of those cutting discs on it, like 3 bucks from repco (or wherever) to tidy up the hole. Then you could probably use that on the surface shit aswell, Id prefer to use a wire brush and drill for that though, but up to you..
