I did this upgrade a while ago and I was keen enough at the time to make some notes... cortina dash upgrade - click download and save/open the pdf

The front guards for mk5 sedan and wagon are the same - however - the mk5 wagon is identical to the mk4 beyond the windscreen pillars. You would need a door from a mk4 sedan or mk4/5 wagon but not from a mk5 sedan.
