haha yeah know what you mean, not the best idea but i hate high cars, although i do have plenty spare springs to bring back to wof standard.

too me that sounds expensive but i am a cheap person. could almost buy adjusties for that much. cant remember how much shorter but i think i had a comparison photo on my wagon build thread ill try find a link. and starions have better brakes so i think its a good upgrade, i paid $250 for a pair of front starion struts with brakes springs etc in good condition just to give you idea what theyre worth.

starion struts and brakes in front, superlow e30 bmw springs minus 1 coil, will be captive. what i had in my wagon, rear will be different to sedan but try ex lancer superlow springs possibly? i used r32 superlows minus 1 coil in my sedan but were uncaptive

think i should finally own up to being the proud new owner of such a fine vehicle, unfortunately within a couple of weeks of ownership the cops stopped me outside the whangarei drifting round on my way home and gifted me a pretty pink sticker...... so off to vtnz again, this time they must have had a bad day and failed on allsorts main issue being cert for lowered suspension, cert for not having swaybar in front, left lower balljoint and left inner tie rod end. after much searching turns out can nolonger buy replacment balljoints or tierods for this as there is no stock left in nz. so time to try australia i geuss...

ive seen this on a trailor before going through whangas, after talking to my mate sounds like you live just up the road from me, is such a sweet car dude, would be keen to catch up with you sometime and discuss this supercharged setup im keen to try it on my 4k starlet.

also put new starter in works mint! cheers to braden for it. im after some extractors and twin carbs perferably sidedraft if anyone has any? i have a spare block with lumpy cam so plan is to build it up with the best of everything really then put it in once its ready. may take some time though.

put new sparkplugs, leads, fuel pump, vacume lines in. just the usual stuff as looked like they hadnt been replaced in a while. got new oil seals for around sparkplugs coming pics of door cards, some hate em, some love em.

update time not that exciting for all but i hated the rangi interior it had so splashed out and got some new material to recover door cards, also went all out and actually bought a full set of sounds for the first time in my life..... only cause the mrs made me. pictures to come... starter motor keeps playing up so have acquired one off my mate to replace it.

swapped my turbo l200 ute for this as ute needed money spent on it and i needed a car with wof and rego due to all my cars having pink stickers. got this sweet starlet on standard wheels and high as, already had rising sun on bonnet which i dont mind really. is running a 4k with 5 speed box. put my nardi wheel on it, looks sweet in it. soo within two hours of owning it me and dave cut the springs and put te37s on front with streetfins on back. looked sweet but wanted a full matching set of rims and found these so got them the next day,

glad to let it go to good hands. i dont regret selling as much knowing its getting shit done proper, i hate the feeling you get seeing your old cars getting gayer and gayer each time you drive past them. at least ill still be able to help you out seeing as though your just up the road. chur chur,

my latest project, toyota corona mark 2 acquired this fine piece of automotive machinery as a rolling body on streetfins with manual box and rover v8 block sitting in it. has adjustable koni shocks in rear and ae92 inserts in front to keep cuts captive. front and rear gaurds have been pulled out and bogged over to keep it looking super sweet, last owner had 15x12s in the rear..... soo far i have changed bell housing to 1geu purchased a running 1geu from my mates cressida got motor and box in car today, put 32mm and 25mm spacers on back with my 14x9.5 heart wheels, 25mm and 14x8 heart wheels on front. wheels sit lush if i say soo myself. still alot to do before cars drivable pics to come soon

fml this shit is crazy it was a tiny as slow skid and if there was no traffic i woulda got real loose but due to the circumstances i cept my cool, only one kunt hatted on the skid and he was a douche anyway, everybody else stopped and watched it honestly get the fuck over it we cant all afford to go to trackdays or skid pads
