  1. what size fuel pump .how many litres per hour davo ,my pressure is up to 75lbs 1 13mm fuel line then y joint to feed both then back to adj fuel reg then back to tank ,i was having over heating problems with the 040 bosch motor sport pump 300 litres per hr ,i went back to a 190 bosch motor sport pump 130 litres per hr
  2. just remember your motor is std so end of injection will be different to my race motor .so you will need to set yours up like how it came out of the factory tune it and then do the 2 stage

  4. 1 thing on inside fuel lines i run them lower down along the bottom of the tunnel ,incase you have a tail shaft or flywheel letting go at high revs ,could turn you into 1 bbq
  5. its looking good, im off next week to get a wheel alignment and re attach the rear sway bar and just waiting on my back wheels from japan to arrive

  7. with the water temp i drill through the back of the top water out let ,tap it out and screw in the mechanical guage capillary ... on oil pressure i use a braided hose with olives,, and also use a oil flash light vdo 1 where you can adjust the oil pressure for the light to come on about 35 lbs ,then i run some more hose of this to the oil pressure guage ,the oil light is there incase it comes on as you dont get much of a chance when you are racing hard

  9. ok my car is now finished ,just have to readjust the suspension and set up the rear bar
  10. well this is out on the front yard in my drive way ,still have to re bleed my clutch .just have to get a wheel alignment and adjust to rear panhard rod next is to start setting up the car to handle turn 12 at the island
  11. ok some up dates seats are in new airbox changes air in take ,wiring is just about there and the grunter motor is finished.also oil and shift lights done
  12. use your pressure plate and the clutch disc ,so much better than other 1s around
  13. they are springs just different set ups from after market jobbies
  14. you drinking again dave ,the springs in the flywheel is to stop harsh harmonics and for better take off, the clutch centers still have springs i have bought 3 toyota clutch and pressure plates from lindsay at touronga toyota and are all from altezza and the clutch disc has springs
  15. the duel mass is the flywheel and has nothing to do with the clutch ,it will still bolt up to a trd flywheel or any that you can make
  16. std altezza clutch and pressure plate they will bolt up to any aftermarket like trd or toms etc
  17. on the subject of clutch .im still using the std altezza set up ,but i double strap it to take the punishment on the down shifts
  18. should be good weather as well ,as in not to hot
