  1. id say you could just bolt the 13b in and use the gearbox allready in the rx4 if using same front mount setup you may have to modify the gearbox xmember and dshaft length as 13b is 20mm longer
  2. the swtich in question is at the rear of the head where there is a green 2 pin square plug sensor and brown 2 pin square plug sensor, your after the brown sensor green is temp sensor for the efi/computer, just unplug the cold start injector and see what happens man
  3. very true forgot about that one haha i do believe the pumps are still different especially if they have different part numbers, and stilll wouldnt recommend doing it
  4. i wouldnt recommend doing it, gtir pulsars have 4 wheel discs and x1 i believe is disc and drum, the pump will definately be different as the gtir will need more fluid to be supplied to the front/rear brakes (bigger than x1) so you will find if it does happen to bolt in it will do all sorts of weird things when brakes applies or not work at all and just bring abs light up

  6. yes if theres no fluid in m/cyl it has to be somewhere, if when its all filled up and bled nicely you still have no brakes it may be the m/cyl itself bypassing the seals when there is resistance in the line ie your shoes contacting the drums, normally when this happens the brakes will bleed ok still as with the bleed nipple open there is sweet fkall resistance in the lines so m/cyl will work normal but as soon as you close it itl bypass may not be your problem but id check where your fluid has gone, also if you drained the lines and left empty moisture may have gotten into lines and rusted them from the inside out?
  7. in my old ex lancer i had cut springs and got cert with them in the cert guy had me turn the springs upside down so that more spring was touncing the top and bottom seats when at full hang( they were captive obviously but yeah, worked mint but would not work turning them upside down on all cars haha only ones where the spring is same diameter from top to bottom
  8. alot of later model cars have a factory tint or anti glare film on the windows, you can tint over it but you have to make sure that when tinted it isnot over 35 percent light transfer, the factory tint may be light as but if you put a 35 percent film over it it will make it illegal and youd hve to pull it off for wofs if they go hardout or notice it
  9. im running the commodore dash gauges but final drive ratio is up the wack so puts it out
  10. i have a l300 with a holden v6 in the engine bay, cost me about a grand to do the whole thing but i have mean hookups and that was with selling the og engine for 500(was fully rebuilt and only done 20thouk) brought a whole vn gts commy for 450 ripped motor box dshaft loom etc etc out and sold shell for 200, whole conversion took me 4 weeks to do( wasnt working on it evryday) and only thing that i can complain about is the speedo bieng out haha 80kms on speedo is 50kms all in all im stoked and the thing will tow just about anything with ease and i spend the same amount if not slightly less on gas a week even with a heavy foot

  12. do you have to put it into the chassis or can you drill them into the sheetmetal of the floor be better if they were in the floorpan not chassis rail
