i too have the exhaust issue. The aluminium tape and fibreglass...how is that put on?

I was gonna do something similar with the exhaust on the victa bike...ended up getting lazy and not. GO YOU MANU...GET DOWN WIT YO BAAD SELF!!!!!!

it will certainly make for some interesting steering. I started out with something silmilar.

my victa was super easy to turn by hand before I put it in the bike. So I wouldnt worry too much about it.

Ed...instead of going thru the rigmarol (sp) of finding the carpet rail the right length get someone to make one for you. Im sure a sheet metal worker could knock one up in next to no time for a third of the price and that way you could cut it to the exact length you want AND get it powdercoated to atch the interior. I know a couple of good sheet metal places if you want to give it a try. Alternatlvely give me the strip and I will go see the sheet metal workers and sort something for you.

Was just thinking this. A thin plate with both the siren and light bolted to it and taxi roof magnets attached to the plate to hold it all in place and a curly wurly cable going in thru the door to the ciggie lighter to make it work. Would also mean no bolt holes in ur roof

Also Manu. If you want to up ue cc rating do a nice simple bore job by pouring a handful of sand down the carby at full revs. It nicely polishes up the lining too.

Well that was entertaining. EVERYONE broke down and the cops were called on us again. We are still bulletproof as the police reckoned we werent/arent doing anything wrong and as long as we are wearing helmets/being safe (pah), not drinking alcohol (bahahahahahahahahahahahahh) and courteous to other users then there is nothing we are doing wrong. hrmmm...I forgot I made this thread. You cunts are knowledgeable. Must have a look and find these water traps you speak of. When John CXGPWR had a look the fuel filter was blocked solid with bug snot. Was just wondering as Id like to not have to deal with it again but that sounds like its not possible. Will just have to be more regular with my servicing. Just found where 1 of my oil leaks was coming from too...seems oil filter had started to spin off...doh!

Can anyone tell me how to kill Diesel bug. Seems I have a nasty case of it...(im my ute not my pants)...and I want it dead! Hemi...Im particularly looking at you here.
