Love this, love that you've made a model and drawn some mean pictures etc... had similar thoughts before but this is not only a whole different level, your actually doin it! As for LED's, I'd be experimenting with the huge ones, like about 10mm diameter, then getting some plates laser cut out of 3mm polished st-st (after measuring 10 times and making card board then tin mock ups etc) and have them rolled to fit into the stock housings. The holes for the LED's would be laser cut I meant... LED's slotted in and siliconed from behind... depends on existying housings as to whether this would work, but just an idea to mash up with those you've probably already got bouncing around your noodle! Top ride tho, gana be friggin bangin! Can totaly see the mini Stang look in your illustration! What kinda turnaround r u thinkin? Long term or are you krankin on the project?

What are the specs for this mate? G-series engine, Rodeos used G180 & G200 me thinks... how does it run etc?! You mentioned its 3 seater, is it column change? Just semi keen on purchasing off of you, be mean to sneak a lil road trip in as I'm in Auks... Just need to know things like how does it run etc, would it make the trip?! the dirt looks sweet... clearcoat that shit! Can't hurt to play, I'd minimise spending on it till you get a real good idea. Out of your box of shiny new tools get your biggest rust search and destrot tool (screwdriver) and start poking it violently at the cracked waxy shit. If it goes in easily to the hilt time after time in many random spots then it may be too far gone, but could make for a mint paddock basher and a small pile of parts for a minter body that is out there somewhere...

lol my mysterious fuel pump cutting out problem reared its ugly head again... didnt even make it past the burgerfuel after I left the rooftop carpark. 15minutes of wiggling wires and shit and it hummed back into life. Meh, got home and watched most of Outrageous fortune

*COPIED AND PASTED FROM GM-T... may not all make sense...* modded gem seat rails to fit my GSR recaros... way comfier!!! Also took out monsta tach and shift light and replaced gauge surround for one with no holes drilled in it, whacked in my SLX gauges...waaaaay betterer! Makes it look a lot tidier with non fuct seats and without the gauge and shift lite. The seats were also blue....didnt really go with a red car. Recaros are black with grey inserts. More neutral. Slowly keep ticking things off the list! Cant wait till 20th of the month so I can get paid and put the tyres on the Piazza rims... Spitfires aren't bad looking rims but a 14" rim will look way betterer... could chuk 17s on but cant really be bothered, plus if I do I'd be paranoid when I take the car over to Waiheke Island next week. Gotta work there cleaning up the public lavvies for best part of a month. Will stay there mon-fri and park car up on the weekends. Probably just pace back and forth all weekend if I left the 17s on it... gana be paranoid enough as is... hate not having my toys with me or safely tucked away in the barn or garages... my lil car on the boat all set up with my gear at the 1st waiheke job always liked a dirty girl... a trademark of most cars on waiheke! Bought this bad girl to use as a company car... rolling old school! Already have #2 almost complete with #3 sitting in the barn waiting for paint and some custom work to her snout... this shit is getting addictive! Not that this car is Uber Clean (yet) was/is well filthy! Dude mustv lived on a gravel road. Washed all the fiddly bits where dirt sits and starts rust, inside doors, under boot tray (will eventually rip out the gas tank and clean under that too as well as rust proof/cavity wax the fuk outta it. Vehicle will be carrying acid and chemicals so will def need to get onto this asap... Only took group pics of the wagon with the other 3 before I started changing the car, so far changed grill, head lites, bonnet and door cards as well as stripping and cleaning the dash grills and tail lites and detail cleaning of such stuff as door jambs and other painted areas not externally cleaned whilst washing. Also sprayed some color match 'monza red' over the big primer patch on side of car. And put on some sign writing for the business. Have reserved a set of 80% tread 2nd hand 195/55/14s to go on my piazza rims for this wags... (reserved till Im paid next near end of month...) altho the spitfires are growing on me, defnitly reckon they looks horrid witrh the TG headlites/grill... Plans are to paint floor pan with bedliner paint, spray bomb any other painted bits in footwell satin blk, remove monster tach, put in SLX gauges, Replace damaged gauge surround, install centre console, mount my recaros on gem rails and mash them in as the std gem sedan seats are A.) Fuct, and B.) dont have a quik release to recline outta the way if u wanna grab somthing outta the back... Reckon I cud get some of this done this weekend... also need to chuk another coat of red over the primer and put my signwriting over it. Pics... then bed, I sick :-[ Tard me piccies... the mighty G200 monster 4 banger the sticky reidue from the white tape took fukn ages to remove... here she be with her new stable mates fugly door cards before... ...and after installation of green chevini's doorcards... bottom clips dont line up...o well! Will have to drill/screw along bottom, maybe just the corners... chucked the red bonnet from my 1st wag (1st t car!) on as the matty b one was rangi and had holes from a dodgy install of what must have been a well hideous bonnet scoop... Loading dock is huge btw, could loosely park 20 cars in there probably more with plenty of room
