  1. Have you checkeed out turbosport.co.uk they will have all the answers you need. One dude has linked his mk2 just using the front spring mounts and the top arms are just like the factory anti tramp bars. also has panhard rod. But if you not worried bout cuttin up the floor the best way is just use and 4 parrallel arms and panhard.

    yeah if they are under the diff they should face backwards. If on top of diff they go forwards. Have you looked on turbosport there is a few good pics of tramp bars in escorts, they are all mounted on top of the diff and the other end to a bracket next to the front spring hanger.

  4. Mate all you need is the 2L and a line lock and you'll be sweet. My mate got a b1600 put a 2L in got the head planed and cam ground he can hook 3rd quite happily.

  6. you can get a small amount of adjustment by putting washers on either side of where the swaybar goes thru the control arm
  7. The GT Xflow heads had 37 cast into them they are the ones you want no diff between 1300 or 1600
