I got a 92 Pajero. bought it for $2000 just over a year ago. Only thing i have changed is put a light bar on the roof with 4 8" spot lights, a respectable sound system that does 138ish Db's and a new marine battery. Also mounted a plate for a removable front towbar. when i bought it, it had just had the heads done and motor rebuilt. A new LSD in the arse end and locker in the middle. only use it for fishing and doing donuts on my brothers back lawn at the mo. only done about 1000 kms since i bought it. The All Terrains that are on it are capable of off road, but i find they hold the dirt to much and turn into slicks. Here it is with the front towbar and a rod holder and bait board i made up for it.

I can supply nylon, uhmwpe, pvc, acrylic, acetal, polyprop, teflon, peek, nylon GSM, nylon LF, PETP in rod form. just let me know if you want anything and its yours

basically need something to hold the 2 plates together in the position thats right. then a piece of steel bent into the outside shape of the piece thats to be re urethaned. just need a decient size hole in it so i can pour the polyurethane into it.

Shock Absorber Services would have sent the job to Bricon Engineering, who would of sent the job to my work to get done. if you can make a mould up then i can pour it with polyurethane.

I have a bucket full of bumpstops on my desk at the moment. We make them at my work. 30 Diameter outside x 18 high. radius top with a M10 thread about 35mm long. Bright orange as well hahaha. I will post up a pic tonight of them.
