for now, I've left the stock 1300 box in will not last long (might not have even lasted the drag day)... when it blows I will replace it with another stock box (should cost about $200) but will get a proper one built at some point complete with LSD (Quaife)

all fitted in, with an additional oil cooler and fan, no cuts to the body... however a test run with out boost at this point has revealed a leak between head and cylinder... fixing this means removing the engine and getting the head fly cut... which means the new engine won't be debuting at Meremere next weekend )-;

Things are snug

6v starts work excellent with 12v through them... they don't work so excellent/at all with 12v flywheels but given this engine is a 1300 it's 95%+ likely to have a 6v flywheel

I'm unsure how to calculate the required flow rate...

So I need a fuel pump... ideally around around 20PSI, could get away with 15PSI but will restrict options in the future... The current quote I have is for an Aeromotive A1000 plus rising rate regulator at about $1000... looks like super nice gear, but the price tag is way up there... Surely there's some cheaper options?

how about via Kawakawa bay? though the rendezvous point isn't ideal for that route Alternatively Miranda Rd was in good shape last time I drove it...
