Spare van for parts, has had a nasty shunt Engine running much beter with weber 32/36, just need a throttle cable

the coil came with the engine and it was a runner b4, quite sure its a 12v coil and the putas power feed is from the coil pos

Alright so I just put a 2lt into my escort panelvan Wired up the electronic dizzy etc as per the diagram on the site. It doesnt seem to be geting enough power to the coil positive and doesnt produce shit all spark until you put a wire straight to the battery and it runs sweet. Any idea? Replace wire from key?

2lt and 5 speed in Just sorting out cables/wiring Did have it running but due to loose terminal on dizzy it had intermitant spark

Why are there 2 wires? Ones yellow black, the other red black. ive just got the red one hooked up, cudnt see anywhere for the otha 1 to go?
