  1. Finally got a new car destined to be daily transport with a few mods 5k 1500, 4 speed column change lots and lots of K's on it but the panels are surprisingly s]traight even has a set of builders roof racks. plans 14 inch trident mags dropped 2 or 3 inches, torsion bars wound down in the front and blocks in the back. some kind of stripe down the side- will photoshop some options up soon. a nudge bar for the front. i don't want my legs disappearing if i hit something. interior cleaned up. and get it running properly. trade me photos was completely gutless when i picked it up checked and regapped he plugs checked timing and found it was retarded 5 degrees, what the hell? set it to the proper 10 degrees and wow it actually feels like its got some guts now. hooked up a second earth cable to the block and it kicks over much better now, no more "will it start?" moments, i hope. has some bearing noise in the gearbox so i have drained and changed the oil, hope it quietens it down a little. gave the paint a good cut and its almost shiny now need to get a stereo and a speaker or two hooked up for some driving tunes will get some more photos up soon

  5. i give you the commer compact .... haha loving the wheel base
  6. nope its spacing the topout spacer up the shaft. total lengh of the shaft is unchanged in this pic the dark gray spacer slides of the shaft the the left then the red spacer can be slid off followed by the white the steel braket left is attached to the shaft and dosnt move here is a comparison to make things clearer each shock showen bottemed out and full extention it shows that the spacered shock will bottem out just like a factory one will but will hold a shorter spring captive the shortened shock will hold the same spring as the spacered shock captive without botteming out as easily hope that makes sence
