  1. Also maybe have a look at what angle the arm was in relation to the pushrod in the old setup, pedal at rest angle and brakes applied angle. My mind says they should be at right angles to each other at full brake application
  2. Have you got enough stroke on that little lever arm?
  3. Find a tube socket that fits over the ceramic but sits on the metal of the plug and give it a whack with a hammer. That'll squash the washer under the plug. Works for copper washers under banjo bolts
  4. Probably a good thing it didn't happen half way down the south island
  5. Oh yeah, happens to Toyota's and Mitsubishi's all the time...
  6. Skinned the outside of the bathroom and made the separator wall between the kitchen and the bed. cabinets fitted cubbyhole space behind the cabinets, removable shelf floor I haven't made yet to access the water pump Benchtop with cooker and sink
  7. Wheel track width? Do you have airbags, was that the reason?
  8. If we take two chainsaws, there won't be any trees down
  9. Yep. I'll have one on board, but you can bring one too
  10. So @DoBro Jesus @JustHarry @00quattro00 @Slacker_Sam. @NickJ What sort of gear do you have on board? Really I just want to see if at least one other vehicle has a snatch strap. And a shovel or spade. If someone else has a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit that wouldn't go amiss too. And recovery points, @DoBro Jesus has the L200 got something?
  11. Fancy some bonus non-river pics? Green hut track Full of blardy Pajeros m8
  12. Chinamans creek, Slab hut creek at Green Hut/Commissioners flat
  13. Mackley river Nobles creek (caves) There's some rivers I couldn't find pics for. Waipuna river before the caves to Napoleon hill is more like a large creek. The Greenstone river at the end of Noname road is much better since the local landowner changed the exit position. Not deep. This all depends on rainfall of course
  14. The Mackley river on the way to Denniston should be the deepest, I posted a picture on page 1. But every track has a river or creek to navigate
  15. Yeah we need the Landrover to fill the big holes and drive over it
  16. I know @NickJ has got one so he'll be ok on this trip
  17. Yes, for some reason I thought you already got one. I have a handheld someone can borrow, and I'll bring the charger this time.
