    Which of you cats are coming to Highlands 501? You Southern men (and partners) need a bed? Who's got their car on display in exchange for free tickets? Still lots of snow up Cardies so I'm still out for car stuff till after this weekend.

    Barry at the VCC was saying there is a guy in Gore that is the man when it comes to doing re-vins on bikes. I'll get his details next Wednesday for ya. I hope to put my little Poozuki through next year.

    It could well be! I don't remember hearing about it last year. Word on the street is they are hoping for about 200 V8's and Hot Rods and some cool planes too. There is also a swap meat and trade stands. It's $20 bucks a car to enter with all monies going to the save Gore fund or possibly a different charity.

    I'm considering entering the Wings and Wheels show but it all depends on how much snow is left up the hill. I didn't go last year so I don't actually know what it's like.

    Boaty McBoatface. I like jet boats. Down here everyone uses jet ski motors (cause easy) but the V8 ones on full song sound sooooooooooo awesome.

    I used to do a new post for this every month but it's been going for 4 years now so most people know when it's on. If you follow them on Facebook you can see all the pictures and hear about any extra cool stuff planned.

    There is also a swap meats. And the VCC parts shed will be open on the Saturday. Great opportunity to by heaps of crap that you'll never use.

    I think the cost is $20.00 per car and includes passengers. Worst case come up in the daily and just cruise in with me/other oldschooler?

    For those that are close to or thinking of driving to this: I'm putting my car on display for the weekend and in exchange I get free entry all weekend (and Friday practise) Worth thinking about peoples.

    Also I think we Central boys should meet up and go for a slide somewhere before the season comes to and end. @Mazda Dave @Nick Ritchie What about a day up TC? I have a Cardies season pass and y'all both probably have NZSki passes? TC is kinda neutral ground. And I've never ridden that hill before.

    VCC is holding their national day next weekend. They are having a run leaving Wanaka Warbirds and going for a hoon for about an hour. Think it starts at 1 but is open to everyone. Including Honda owners. The Bloosm Festival is also coming up next month. Which includes a VCC rally. But the Wings and Wheels is on the same weekend. This could be good.
