  1. I have ground and filed the 3/4" swage to 7/16" its now a snug fit and supports the sides of the tube. The 1" swage should measure 25mm but it measures almost 35mm
  2. I am going to do everything in 7/8 on my frames, they will not be trutest copy's, but yes please tell everyone there will be wheels at some stage. It might cut through it, there is tremendous pressure
  3. The pipe I made the red bike out was 27mm with about a 3mm wall. I also filled it with sand. I have noticed with the swages for this bender it has the pipe size cast into them but the pipe is way too lose, I want to bend 7/8" and 1", I will take the swage that is the next size down and machine it so the next size up pipe is a tight fit if you know what I mean? With thees benders you should never expect good results with out modifying the swages or filling the pipe with sand
  4. I have the lone of some TruTest alloy rims I am going to copy and cast, I am thinking I can pretty much make a frame for the cost of the steel and my time, the wheels will cost a bit to make but I already have a few people who want them,
  5. I bought one of thees just now from a guy down the road for $100 brand new unused, I plan to make X4 normal size minibike frames with forks.

  9. it seems to b loosing a spoon full of water every 12 hours, they are comming out and going in the bin and they will be replaced with KLINGER Statite paper.
  10. I got some new water pumps and they came with gaskets, I fitted the gasket with silicon on both sides but water is seeping through the gasket paper and coming out its edge. I thought this is really shitty, its .002" paper and seems to be the asbestos type
