Its going to be all go on this soon, I am going to hit it hard, I will get the engine underway with all new bearings, seals, gaskets, rod + piston kit + rebore. I will probably go off on a tangent but I want to get the engine done before I rip the rest of the bike apart witch I started to do.

If someone is horrible to you you can make them a sump plug from the end of a candle

weld a big washer that fits over it on then a big nut and fill the center with weld and as above the heat will sort it out, the washer allows you to be heavy handed with the MIG

Do you think you have made a successful ignition system? I have noticed everyone on fordbarn is ignoring me now, -
I got it from Kedall welding supply in south auckland, I think they are gone now, I welded up a cracked bell housing and an engine block with it, I got the wire for welding bronze castings together but it was a different color
-
I got a 3 kg roll for about $50 of bronze wire, you have to use straight argon with it,
-
Also today the horn jammed on, it has never worked, the button dosnt even move but I had to drive past people with it blasting away like some arsehole.

The jockey wheel for the depth of the rotary hoe is missing so I cannot use it well or it goes to max depth, it would be easy enough to make.

Dragged some pine logs from a tree that fell down, if you get stuck this thing digs holes till it’s down to the diff in the ground.

Tank test can do everything apart from acetylene, take the acetylene to a scrap yard and dump it, no one will fill it

Didn't the pinion gear come from under a macrocarpa tree and the crown wheel was missing a tooth anyway? all those skids and drifting would have been a pit hard on it. -
It’s not bad inside, big end is still really good but it has been exposed to moisture and that makes it suspect. and gears look ok, outer clutch pushrod is fucked, I found one of those things I broke to, Suzuki had 2 of them.

FUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK

I split the cases, gears look ok, everything seems ok but there has been a little moisture in there and the shafts stuck on the bearing and that made the gears and shafts pull out with the wrong side and the shift drum has a detent on the end witch fucking broke the edge, its just the edge to keep a roller on and it might still work but I will try to find another one.

I found the camera will stay on but stop recording if i turn the ignition off one click and stop the engine but the camera still has power from the cigarette lighter, The last camera worked well for 3 years but developed problems like I am having but also SD card slot problems @ghostchips can you try that camera i gave you and see if it stops recording?
-
That might be something to look at
-
nothings wrong with it
-
I found when the headlights are on its 99% better
-
I almost cannot be fucked with this, too scared to split the cases in case the gearbox is worn out or damaged, I should be putting the time into my other bikes.
-
I dont know much about this topic, could I use one of those capacitors for subwoffers? I have a huge zener diode here
-
My driving recorder wont stay recording, its the 3rd one I have tested and also different makes, I think some kind of voltage surge or drop is causing it?
-
put a free flowing exhaust on it and you will get more top speed, a supertrapp is good, you can find the point where the the engine is happy by adjusting it
-
phosphoric acid with zinc dissolved into it to is good
