Okay he's problem I have just done exhaust gasket car was running before I done it and now it is not running have done plugs distributor cap distributor have fuel running to it but will not start any ideas car location Hamilton

Did you replace the rotor in the distributor,  and did you confirm that the centre sprung loaded contact in the cap hasn't fallen out.

Aldo double check your leads are on correctly and in the correct sequence..

If it's a points dizzy with the key on open the points and check for a spark, this confirms your power supply is good.
