Olly1909
Seeking some help. I've got a 1909 Renault and I need a mechanic to give it some love. The car is in good working order and has been beautifully restored but it needs some work on the brakes, and new WOF and a few other things. Does anyone know a mechanic in Akld who's comfortable working with a car of this age? 2
tortron
Can't be too many parts on it that could fail a wof right Not in auckland, but in Te rapa hamilton, early time motors, I took my 48 commer there and they knew how to braze up and machine kingpins without sucking in through their teeth, and talked my ear off about babbitt bearings Would recommend, always classics outside
anglia4
I would get in touch with the local Vintage Car Club and ask for recommendations. https://www.avvcc.org.nz/

Olly1909
Thought I’d follow up to say thanks. Bishops did an excellent job. Really looked after my old car. Thanks for the suggestion. Much appreciated. 3
