Esky_addict
Im in southland man. So just to sum it up everything works fine on these lights except the taillights won't go, the number plate light goes though which is powered by the tailights circuit. However if I disconnect the brake lights from the trailer plug then the tailights will work along with the number plate light as the should, Will email seller tonight and ask but I can't see them coming to the party will probly just get "check your wiring" etc I'm not sure how these leds work as the tail lights and brake lights use the same leds but vary in brightness is there some sort of ballast wire? Tim Gowan
Hello, I have issues with a trailer at my work. The LED lights were working fine until the trailer was moved while the lighting plugs were still connected and so the wires were pulled out from the trailer plug pins. On reconnecting the wires to the pins in the correct places, the lights go crazy in that indicating left makes the right indicator go and also makes the brake lights and tail light flicker. Same things happen in all the other light positions, nothing works normally. Thanks. Tim.
tortron
Possibly the insulation on the trailer wiring has been torn/worn through and as a result you are getting stuff earthing where it shouldn't Might just be that the earth has been put back in the wrong spot too
Mof
Sounds like a bad earth. If it's standard wiring earth is white, not black btw
