will i am
i have a rear diff set up that i think is out off a sigma turbo pics on my build page it has 25 spline axles am wanting to know what lsd i can use as mine is a standard open diff atm. is it possible to use a pajero lsd (or another 10bolt lsd mitsi diff) and mix and match parts to suit? as i dont specialize in diffs (or every striped one apart) im not in the "know" about mixing and matching two diffs together help is appreciated
Ogre
The first of the starion diffs fit in but somthing has to be machined for a bearing or somthing. Not 100% sure, also heard that the front diffs from the 4x4 l300 vans fit.Someone else should have more info. OSM Garage
I think that diff is actually out of a Lancer. Im pretty sure that all turbo sigmas were IRS. The lower spec import sigmas did have a solid rear disc diff but im sure they were only 8 bolt. You can find the 10 bolt diff in a few models. GSR Lancer EX Most 2WD L200s Some 2WD L300s Sigma Stationwagon (not aussie assembled) I also read somewhere (I think http://www.lancerregister.com/) that you can fit the Starion LSD in to the 10 bolt housing with some machining.
