cubastreet
How I've always done this type o thing: 1) make desired shape and take a mold off this. For simplicity's sake, let's say it's a 2 part mold. 2) spray release and lay up your fibreglass on the inside, trim edges to level of mold. 3) lay up a layer around the join edge. this goes half in the mold on the layers you've laid up and the other half gets squashed between the mold faces. 4) once it's cured, open the mold and trim the flashing. The outside then has a nice finish.
