Datsun had some real suave styles on the larger sedans. Black is cool, maybe even a real dark maroon if it was an available option? Where this thread came un-stuck was by adding 'wrapping'! Nahh, not dark maroon, I want it to match the roof (black). SP450andLE Posted January 10, 2013 Author Share Posted January 10, 2013 Bit of a thread dredge... Finally got round to doing this. Decided to stick it on my normal bonnet seeing as its already a tad rusty. Turned out better than expected, the only problem is that it didn't stick on either side of the ridge in the middle. I'll see if I can inject some glue in there at some stage, but for now I'm happy. I'll get pics of it on the car at a later date, but this is how it looks atm: I'll get some waterproofing spray and put it on, just to help keep the bonnet dryish. But for now...
