tortron
or in this case im building a set of manifolds for twin carbs (1 1/8th inch SU's) the intake port is about an inch square and the carb is 1 1/8th inch round. Now i am thinking just a piece of pipe will suffice (each will be separate for now) but are their any tricks on how i can match the two up? Beaver
i remember seeing a photo in a project thread on here where a dude was kinda doing the same thing, and he made up a tool that was like a tapered square bit, that you bashed into the end of some round pipe, until you had the right size opening, and the other end of the pipe was still round. that make any sense? tortron
hmm, i was thinking bashing it/squeezing it in a vice - but that idea does sound interesting
