Gaz
My Mrs has done it at uni. Say's it all depends on use's sizes etc. But to make a one off you could do a silicon mould. Need, Silicon, make a hard model out of wood or metal. Silicon mould over the metal then cut the mould inhalf and inject with plastic. The plastic is cheap. The silicon expensive. Something the size of a computer mouse you could do for under 100$ depending. Differant types of silicon for differant things. Cheap non see through silicon you might stuff up more times in the mnaking as you cant see air bubbles. The more expensive clear stuff is prob better to use. Once the silicon mould thing is made its pretty cheap to make heaps of plastic model's. Hope that helps somewhat. Gaz
Gaz
You can use bog or nutec to make the hard copy.
