Gaz
Just gace a 205 full engine away. Keeping my boxes. Have heaps of rocker covers. Electronic ignition use sierra type. Easy to find. Wiring guide on here in tech articals. I can get you some brand new pistons for a good price. ACL. You dont need forged unless you want round 170hp+ and for that you will be spending big money for a big rev engine. You may already know this. This isnt Ross is it? atropine
you could get a 5spd from burton too that would be quite high budget though..... and engine? burton sell xflows.. not sure on pinto.. cant be bothered looking. would be stupidly extroadinary pricetag though
PintoPusher
car is for classic circuit. have a worked 1600cc at the mo, been bored to 1750cc but i feel like i need more horses, the 1.6 was doin low 1:21's at manfield, hoping to repower and keep up/lay waste to my mates 12a rx7, he runs around 1:18's have 6,000 already done all the suspension mod's possible potential for a rover v8 as i got the big drive tunnel also, but yeah classics have to have a period type engine of same make/model hence why im persuing the old cortina 2L idea.... anyone out there got a b2000/ l200 L.S.D???? Gaz
Buy Joshes engine. Its a good start for what you want. Then flick the 40s and buy some 45s or 48s. or build a 205 block turbo setup. What do you eman by "big power"?
