  2. i splash time all the ones ive ever done. theres a art to it though
  3. http://www.bowdenengineparts.co.nz id give chris a ring he has alot of old stock if you havent tried him yet. ive bought alot of villiers stuff mitsi stuff odd ball shit off him. hes cheaper than anyone else. helps. he has villiers pistons listed and rings and also has random single rings so could measure something up. hope this helps
  4. we got it in a brand new tractor and it did some damage to the common rail department dont like water or any thing other than clean diesel. they got some shit to put in with the fuel and it fixed it.
  5. you can weld cast steel. ive welded cast steel pivot parts on our t rex scraper before. cast iron is totaly different its brittle. requires heating. youl be sweet welding cast steel
  6. if you can get it cheap it would be worth it. someone might need one. i dont have a use for it dont have a mitsubishi at the moment but its one of those things to jam in the shed somewhere and sell it at a later date or use it
  7. sigma is now stripped out and gone. thought i could fix it but it will never be the same again made back more than i payed for it but have found a whole new wagon for a project. if anyone needs any parts please let me know
  8. id be buying it up you could always sell it on easy enough. axels should be the same between them. diff head should be the same aswell. dont think there was much difference. its not hard to wack the mounts off and change. or you could possibly swap the stuff over into the other housing out of the lancer
  9. i used my standard sigma fuel lines when i put a vr4 engine into my old sigma before i wrote it off . we ran a surge tank in the back and ran the standard steel lines that were under the car. youl have to put new hoses under the bonnet for fuel rail etc.
  10. thatl be awsome i thought id find out before going any further. turboing my BA xr6 motor in my EF2 coon. does the link come with the software?
  11. I have a BA XR6 engine in a ef2 xr6 just trying to get info on if a mega squirt or G4 link will be able to run the dual VCT and if so what do i have to do for it to work? I know a guy that fits G4 links to all there jet boats etc got a price for a G4 extreme but want to know further before getting one. if someone knows the specs on them or knows how the VCT works that would be a great help. cheers
  12. Il do some research i think the BA motors are strong as F#*K i think 10psi would be good boost for it. its a tidy car its in. shit loads of wiring on it. might run a g4 link and set it up. the trans will most likely toast its self. the best way is to just turbo it and see what it goes like i guess. i had a 1997 EF2 fairmont ghia 5L V8 it was a awsome car had heaps of grunt. i like the shape of the EF EL
  13. how much does that cost? havent done a falcon before they go good turbo though. il try get onto a ford forum. i think a g4 link could run the vct. ive got a T70 that would look nice hanging off it
