  1. I'm not a fan of muscle cars much, but I do really enjoy this shape of camaro. Top job. Looks tidy af
  2. This is close enough for me to sneak down in a "practically legal" car. Xo
  3. I don't usually like 17s on little old cars, but this pulls them off very well. Damn I'm jelly of this
  4. There's an 89 nissan van thing sitting in plimmerton at the moment. Hasn't had a WOF in a while, but reg is still live... Guy offered it to me last night for 1k. I'm mighty tempted after your exploits haha
  5. I really really like your end goal. Very cool/jealous
  6. Yeah will definitely be rolling it out of the garage far more often over summer!!
  7. So the way to fix this was to jack car up in the garage, put on axle stands, put in gear, start car with rear wheels in air. Clutch basically freed itself within seconds of the wheels beginning to turn.
  8. Made it out of the garage, under its own steam, no less. Many thanks to me ol' m8 Nathan who gave me a hand and forum user 666DAN for helping me swap slave cylinder and forum user AllTorque for taking time to give me his assurance i had set up clutch master cylinder correctly, and give me his condolences for owning a British car. and OS gc's who suggested the clutch would be seized, Yall were bang on. Drove it to the gas station, pumped tyres up, drove home. It was magical I need some pictures of the car when it's not just sitting in my driveway...
  9. ". It is also aggravated by humidity and condensation, especially when the car is stored in an unheated garage subject to large temperature changes in a humid environment" This basically describes my house. We get full all day sun but the garage leaks on the back wall... I'll try this method
  10. Could the washers mean that it's throwing it too far with added pressure of a master and slave that doesn't leak
  11. Yeah might try take it for an actual drive in second gear then
  12. And you would think that because the fork is moving it should take SOME of the grip off the flywheel when I'm turning the key when car is in gear, but it's like it's locked right on.
  13. Yeah and its not like it failed when i was driving it either. Just been sitting in garage... Cunt arse.
  14. Update: moved shit around in the garage, chucked car in reverse, clutch in, turn key, it starts moving backwards. Put in first gear, clutch in, turn key. Also lunges forward. The clutch isn't riding at all. It's fully on starting car with clutch pedal down. I feel like this points to it being seized?
  15. Yeah, forum user AllTorque has suggested that as my next move. So will clear some shit out of the garage and try it
  16. Wouldn't have sat longer than A month though at a guess
  17. Yeah it was sitting for a while whilst I fixed the seat actually. The fork thing from the slave to the clutch prong still moves, so not sure if it would if it was seized maybe?
